We handle sourcing, procurement, import, fulfilment, sales, customer service, local representation, legal support and accounting for 43 brand partners, with sixteen people in China and the Netherlands.

Selling in Europe is not one trade.

You can find a good product and still stall: on a factory that ships the second order differently, on a container stuck at customs, on a marketplace that rejects your listing, on a VAT registration you forgot, or on an EU responsible person you are now required to appoint under the new product safety rules. How it works
Most brands work with a sourcing agent in China, a freight forwarder, a 3PL, a marketplace agency and an accountant. Five parties, five contracts, five stories when things go wrong. At EcomFeed that is one team, one contract and one point of contact — from the first factory visit to the filed annual accounts.

What is EcomFeed?
EcomFeed is a Dutch e-commerce accelerator with its own hub in China. We run the entire chain for brands selling in Europe: sourcing and procurement in China, import and customs, fulfilment in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, marketplace sales, customer service, EU representation and accounting. One contract, one point of contact.
Who is EcomFeed for?
Two groups. European entrepreneurs looking for a product in China who want to outsource import, storage and sales. And Chinese manufacturers who want to sell in Europe via Bol, Amazon, Kaufland, Otto, Zalando or Decathlon and need a Dutch entity, VAT number and EU responsible person to do so.
What does it cost to work with EcomFeed?
Each link has its own rate: sourcing and procurement as a percentage of purchase value, fulfilment per order and per pallet location, marketplace management as a percentage of revenue, and accounting as a fixed monthly fee. You receive a proposal per link within five working days after one call. The first call and analysis are free of charge.
Do I have to take all eight links?
No. Each link can be taken separately and most partners start with one or two. Those who place everything with us have one contract, one invoice and one point of contact; that is where the value of the chain lies, but it is not a condition.
Where is stock held and who does the fulfilment?
On the campus in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, fifteen minutes from the Port of Rotterdam, with 3,000 climate-controlled pallet locations. Shipping cut-off is 23:59 for the Netherlands and 22:59 for Belgium, six days a week.
How is EcomFeed different from a sourcing agent?
A sourcing agent earns commission on the order and stops at the factory gate. EcomFeed has its own team in Guangzhou working for you, inspects production before payment is released and remains responsible for import, storage, sales and accounting afterwards. If the second delivery differs from the sample, that is our problem, not yours.
