The problem
Stock that comes from China and goes to three sales channels is easy to allocate on paper and rarely in practice. If you are out of stock on Bol while 400 units sit on a pallet, that is not a stock problem but an information problem between two parties. With us, the container and the sales sit in the same system.
What we do
Last month's container is next week's stock.
Because we do both the import and the fulfilment, the warehouse knows what is on the way and the sales side knows what will be on the shelf. That is the whole point of one chain.

Goods receipt with inbound inspection, storage at SKU level and stock registration down to the unit. Batch, serial number and expiry registration where the category requires it.

Returns
Back into stock instead of into a corner.
Returns are inspected, photographed, classified and where possible booked straight back as saleable stock. What cannot be sold goes to outlet or responsible disposal, according to your rules.

What is fulfilment and what exactly does EcomFeed do?
Fulfilment is outsourcing storage, order picking, packing, shipping and returns processing to an external party. At EcomFeed this happens on the campus in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, with 3,000 pallet locations, 23 carriers and a 23:59 cut-off for the Netherlands.
What does fulfilment cost at EcomFeed?
Fulfilment is charged per order (pick, pack and shipping label) plus storage per pallet location per month. Carrier rates are passed through one-to-one without mark-up. The exact rate depends on order volume, average order size and dimensions; you receive a calculation after one call.
How fast are orders shipped?
Orders received before 23:59 (22:59 for Belgium) ship the same day, six days a week. In 2025, 99.64% of shipments left within the promised cut-off.
Can EcomFeed deliver to Bol (LVB) and Amazon (FBA)?
Yes. From the campus we deliver label-compliant inbound to Logistics via Bol and Fulfilment by Amazon. Stock is split between LVB/FBA and own shipping based on turnover rate, so you never depend on a single route.
How are returns handled?
Returns are inspected, photographed and classified within 48 hours of receipt. Saleable items go straight back into stock; the rest goes to outlet or responsible disposal according to your rules. The return reason is visible per SKU in the portal.
Why Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht?
The campus is fifteen minutes from the Port of Rotterdam via the A15. Containers from China are received directly after customs clearance, without an extra transport leg. From here the entire Benelux is reachable within one day and Germany within two.
