3. Requests and proposals

A request through the contact form is non-binding. An agreement is concluded only after written confirmation by EcomFeed of a proposal accepted by both parties.

5. Liability

EcomFeed is not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from inaccuracies in its information, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of The Hague.
