What happens after your request?
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day, by email or phone, from the person who would guide your project. The first call takes about an hour and is free of charge.
Do I already need a product or a company?
No. We also talk to entrepreneurs who have an idea and a target group but no product yet, and to Chinese manufacturers without a European entity. The call determines which links are needed first.
Can I visit the campus?
Yes. Tours of the campus in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht are available by appointment, usually within two weeks of request. Our team in Guangzhou can also be visited.
Which languages can I contact you in?
Dutch, English and Chinese (Mandarin). Our Guangzhou team is available in the Chinese time zone; the Dutch team on working days from 08:00 to 18:00.
