1. About this statement
This cookie statement belongs to the website www.ecomfeed.nl of EcomFeed B.V., Groeneweg 2-D, 2718 AA Zoetermeer, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 99848864 (hereinafter: EcomFeed). It describes which cookies and similar technologies we use, for what purpose, how long they are kept, who receives the data and how you manage your choice. It supplements our privacy statement.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit. They are read back on a subsequent visit. “Similar technologies” include localStorage (storage in the browser), tracking pixels and scripts that read information about your device. The same rules from the Dutch Telecommunications Act (art. 11.7a) and the GDPR apply to all of them.
3. Legal basis
Essential cookies do not require consent. For analytics and advertising cookies we ask for your prior consent through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). As long as you have not made a choice, or have chosen “Essential only”, these cookies are not set and the related scripts are not loaded.
4. Essential cookies
These are required for the website to function and to remember your choice. They contain no personal data by which you can be identified outside this website.

5. Analytics cookies (with consent only)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, through which channel visitors arrive, which device and browser they use and whether the contact form is submitted. We use this data to improve the website and our information. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses and we have disabled data sharing with other Google services.

6. Advertising cookies (with consent only)
With your consent we use Google Ads to measure whether our advertisements in Google Search lead to a request (conversion measurement) and to show advertisements to people who visited our website before (remarketing). These cookies make it possible to link your visit to an earlier click on an advertisement.

7. Google Consent Mode
We apply Google Consent Mode v2. This means the Google tags on our website default to “denied” and only set cookies or process data after your consent. If you choose “Essential only”, Google Tag Manager is not loaded at all.
8. Managing or changing your choice
On your first visit a banner appears with two equal choices: “Accept all” or “Essential only”. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Blocking essential cookies may limit the functioning of the website.
9. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Data from analytics and advertising cookies is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. 10. Third-party cookies we do not use
This website uses no social media plug-ins, embedded videos, maps, chat widgets or advertising networks other than Google Ads. Fonts are served from our own server. If we add new services in the future, we will first include them in this statement and place them behind the same consent.
11. Your rights
Insofar as cookies process personal data, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Send your request to Info@ecomfeed.nl. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
12. Changes
We update this statement when we start using other cookies or when regulations change. The date and version at the top indicate the latest change. For substantial changes we will ask for your consent again.
